Cancellation & Refund Policy

Please read our Cancellation & Refund Policy carefully to understand our procedures regarding order cancellations and refunds on Food Orbit.

1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be canceled before the restaurant starts preparing the food.
  • Once an order is in progress, cancellation is not possible.

2. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be issued if:
  • The restaurant cancels the order.
  • The order is not delivered due to service failure.
  • The delivered food is incorrect or significantly different from the order.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of order completion.

3. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days via the original payment method.
  • Cash-on-delivery refunds may be credited to your Food Orbit wallet.
